All beaches are public in Hawai'i. Please keep in mind that you may not always be the only wedding on the beach during your Maui beach ceremony.

Aisles in Paradise are required by Hawaii State law to obtain a permit for every beach wedding on a permissable beach (unfortunately Ka'anapali Beach is unpermissable at this time).

Obtaining a Hawaii Marriage License is very simple as there are no residency requirements or waiting periods before being able to apply.

Aisles in Paradise will work with you to book an appointment that suits your schedule. All you need to do is supply the licensing agent with the $70.00 licensing fee on the day of your appointment along with a picture ID and your application form. You can download the form here.
